I sat with dad (Roy's brother Dick) and we shared stories of how the two of them were separated at a young age. We talked about how they managed to meet at different times and how they went out together when in the RAF as young men. We talked bout their father Eric and their mother Mary and what they were like as people and as parents. We talked of characteristics and the similarities and differences . We laughed and we shared sadness. Love to all in both families.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
